Privacy Policy

How Harrison Mann collects, uses and protects your information.

Last updated: June 2026

This privacy policy explains how Harrison Mann (operated by Resolute Ventures Group Ltd) collects, uses and protects any information you provide when using this website or enquiring about services.

Who I am

Harrison Mann is a web design and digital marketing studio run by Richard Barker, based in Greater Manchester. For any privacy questions, contact me through the contact page.

What information I collect

When you submit an enquiry through the contact form or by email, I collect the information you choose to provide, which typically includes:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number (if you provide it)
  • Details about your business and project

I also collect anonymous analytics data about how visitors use the website, through Google Analytics. This does not identify you.

How I use your information

I use the information you provide solely to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and provide the information or quote you requested
  • Deliver services you have engaged me for
  • Communicate with you about your project

I will never sell your information to third parties. I will not add you to a marketing list without your explicit consent.

Lawful basis for processing

I process your enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to a request you have made) and, where you become a client, to perform a contract with you.

How long I keep your data

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client data is kept for the duration of our working relationship and for up to six years afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Data security

I take reasonable measures to protect your information. The website uses HTTPS encryption, and any data you submit is transmitted securely.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data I hold about you, request its correction or deletion, and object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact me through the contact page.

Third-party services

This website may use Google Analytics for anonymous usage statistics. Google's own privacy policy governs how they handle that data. If you enquire about services, I may use tools such as email and project management software to manage our communication.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how your data is handled, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
