These terms apply to the use of the Harrison Mann website and to services provided by Harrison Mann (operated by Resolute Ventures Group Ltd). Please read them carefully.
About these terms
By using this website you accept these terms. Specific project work is governed by a separate written proposal and agreement, which takes precedence over these general terms where there is any conflict.
Services
Harrison Mann provides web design, web development, SEO, digital marketing, branding and related services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price for any project are agreed in writing before work begins.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices shown on this website are starting points and indicative; your specific quote depends on the scope of your project. All prices are agreed in writing before any work commences.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your individual project agreement. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due on completion or in agreed stages. Monthly services are billed in advance.
Intellectual property
On one-off website builds, full ownership of the completed website and its files transfers to you upon final payment. On pay-monthly arrangements, Harrison Mann retains ownership of the design infrastructure while the monthly fee is paid. You always retain ownership of content you provide.
Client responsibilities
To deliver your project on time, I need timely provision of content, feedback and approvals, and access to relevant accounts and systems. Delays in providing these may affect the project timeline.
Revisions and changes
The number of revisions included is specified in your project agreement. Changes to the agreed scope may incur additional cost, which will always be quoted and agreed before proceeding.
Liability
I take great care in delivering all work. However, to the extent permitted by law, my liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the total fees paid for the project in question. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Third-party services
Websites often rely on third-party services (hosting, plugins, payment gateways, and similar). I am not responsible for the performance, availability or pricing changes of third-party services outside my control.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project or ongoing service in line with the notice period set out in the individual agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
